POSTER KIT (Physical)

Important Note for Physical Poster display:

  • Physical Posters are to be in A1 portrait size (59.4cm x 84.1cm(H))
  • A display board of 84.1cm wide and 118.9cm high and securing pins will be provided for mounting of the posters
  • There will be NO PRINTING services available at the venue
  • All posters are required to be mounted before the poster session on:
    • Day 1 (16 November) from 12pm to 2pm
    • Day 2 (17 November) from 9.40am to 11am – please standby your poster for questions
  • All posters are to be removed by Day 2 (17 November) by 6pm

POSTER KIT (Virtual)

Important Note for Virtual Poster:

  • All Poster authors are to prepare their posters in PDF format for the virtual platform
  • Poster size to be in A3 size (297 x 420mm)
  • Poster file shoule be submitted to the event secretariat by 7th November 2022 by 3pm GMT+8
  • Email for the submission must include the following:
    • Paper Number
    • Topic Title
    • Author Name
  • All POSTERS will be featured on the virtual platform

ORAL KIT (Physical)

Important Note for Physical Oral Presentation:

  • You are encouraged to submit your presentation slidies to the event secretariat by 10 November 2022, 5pm GMT+8
  • Submitted presentation slides will be pre-loaded into the designated presentation laptop
  • To avoid font issues, all fonts should be embedded in the presentation slides
  • All presentation slides are ot be prepared and formatted in 16:9 format.
  • Time-Keeping
    • Plenary/Keynote Speaker: 40mins (35mins + 5mins of Q&A)
    • Invited Speaker: 30mins (25mins + 5mins of Q&A)
    • Authors: 15mins (10mins + 5mins of Q&A)

Important Note for Virtual Oral Presentation:

  • A Zoom link will be emailed to you with your presentation timing on 14 November 2022
  • Please ensure you have a steady network connection (wired Internet/LAN preferred)
  • Do check your internet speed
  • Please be punctual and do test your microphone and audio prior to joining
  • Please refer to the kit for guidelines for background, framing and lighting
  • All presentation slides are ot be prepared and formatted in 16:9 format.
