REGISTRATION FEE

• All fees quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and will be subjected to 7% GST.
• Travel and accommodation expenses are excluded from the registration fee.
• Registration fees include:
  1. Access to all conference sessions
  2. Welcome Reception on 15 November 2022
  3. Gala Dinner on 17 November 2022
  4. Technical Tour
  5. Daily tea-breaks and lunches

CREDIT CARD (PAYPAL PAYMENT)

Online payment is made to Spark Planners Pte Ltd through Stripe only.

BANK TRANSFER

Bank payment account details will be provided on the online registration form.

Please indicate the following for bank transfer:
(i) Please ensure that the conference name, “ASPEN 2022” and the “name of the participant” are stated in the bank transfer
(ii) All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at the source in addition to the registration fee
(iii) A completed remittance advice of the bank transfer should be emailed to the Secretariat, Ms Ashley Pang at secretariat@aspen2022.com

CANCELLATION/WITHDRAWAL POLICY

• There will be no refunds for cancellations/withdrawals received after 23 September 2022.
• For cancellation notices received before 23 September 2022, 100% of the payment received, less SG$50 administrative fee, will be refunded. Thereafter, there will be no refund. Note that a SG$50 administrative fee applies to all refunds.
• No refund for changing of registration type (eg from In Person to Virtual) after 1 November 2022.
• There will be no refunds for “no show” registrants. The conference will not entertain requests to email out any conference publications and/or materials to “no show” registrants for the full or partial duration of the conference.

• Authors need to complete their conference registration and pay their registration fees by 23 September 2022. Late payment may result in their abstracts and papers not being included in the proceedings, conference programme and any other publications printed for distribution at the conference.
• Early-bird registration applies for fees received by 23 September 2022.
• Payment of any outstanding fee amount owed to the conference will have to be completed online via credit card or bank transfer
• For walk-in registration, standard conference items (e.g. printed programme and conference bags) will be available only while stocks last.
• For “Additional Purchases (Optional)”, purchases are confirmed only upon receipt of payment while stocks last.

By providing your information during registration, you hereby agree that the ASPEN2022 Organising Committee may collect, use, disclose and store your data for the following purposes:

• Facilitating the management and logistics of the event
• Organiser may contact you via email or mobile for any notifications related to the conference
• Legal purposes where necessary, including investigations or proceedings
• The available information is in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act – 2012 (PDPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY

Professional photography will take place during the event. By participating in the event you consent to the organiser using the images for any form of publicity such as website, media and publication purposes.

For any corrections to your registration, please contact the secretariat immediately at secretariat@aspen2022.com. The organiser reserves the right to modify the content (including timings) of the programme without prior notice.
